RETURNS

  • Shop Posh offers a 10 day return policy for store credit. Your store credit should be redeemed within 12 months.

  • Contact Customer Care for a return authorization.

  •  Merchandise must not be worn or used. It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached and no fragrance aroma.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non refundable and return shipping is not included.

  • Swimwear, intimates and earrings are non returnable for health and hygienic reasons.

Do you provide International delivery?

At this time we do not offer International shipping. We ship in the US only.

 

How do I exchange an item?

Contact Customer Care via email. Merchandise must be in its original condition and unworn. All tags must be attached. You have 10 days to return merchandise. 

 

What is your shipping policy?

We ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx.  Deliveries are not made on Sundays or Holidays. 

 

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will notified via email with your tracking details.

 

When does my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 48 hours unless the item is backordered. In that case orders arrive within 10 days in most cases.

POSH does not share, sell or use your information for any other purposes than to communicate with you information about your order or send promotional offers from POSH.
